Mondor and his partner hospitality specialist Rhonda Scott. With over 50 years of combined experience in the culinary and hospitality industries, our seasoned team has set out to create a dining experience that transcends the ordinary.
Hailing from Montreal, Chef Michael P. Mondor's culinary journey began over four decades ago, evolving from a humble pot washer to an esteemed executive chef, as he honed his craft across 50+ countries on three continents from the hobs of London, England to the galleys of super yachts in the Caribbean. His expertise and passion for global cuisine are evident in every meticulously crafted dish.
Rhonda Scott's journey in hospitality started in her hometown of Seaforth, ON, where she discovered her passion for serving others at an early age. Her unwavering commitment to exceptional service led her to Stratford, ON, where she expanded her horizons while delighting patrons of the renowned Stratford Theatre.
